Program description

Family Center International Childcare, LLC (“FCIA”) operates a marketing SMS program for parents and guardians who request information about enrollment, tours, or available programs. Messages may include enrollment reminders, open-house announcements, tour confirmations, schedule updates, and occasional promotional offers.

Consent and enrollment

By checking the SMS consent box on our enrollment-interest form and submitting the form, you agree to receive marketing text messages from FCIA at the phone number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of enrolling your child or purchasing any service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 4 messages per month under normal operation.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT-OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message we send you. You will receive a single confirmation message, and we will stop sending marketing messages to that number. Opt-out requests are processed within ten (10) business days, as required by FCC rules effective April 11, 2025.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for the specific fees and charges that apply to your plan.

Carriers

Carriers are not liablefor delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, and most other U.S. wireless carriers.

No purchase required

No purchase is necessary. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of enrollment in any FCIA program or service.
